Procrastination is the act of performing low priority tasks instead of the things that we really need to do, so why do we do it?  Everyone is guilty of procrastination at one point or another even though we know that it will do nothing to help us with our intended goal and it can sneak up on you at any time.  A perfect example is at the gym.  Half the battle of beating procrastination is getting started.  Many people believe that if they procrastinate they are lazy, most of the time I’ve found this is generally not the case.  If you are having trouble with working out at the gym, this could be for a number of reasons:  you could be ashamed of the way you look, you could be unsure of the machines and what work out you should be doing, you may believe that there is no point in working out at all “What difference does it make, I’m never going to have the body of a supermodel or a body builder.” but these are just different distractions that we create.  How can we get past this? 

The first thing to do is to realize you are your own worst enemy. The only one stopping you is you, take the first step and start a Home Workout.  You have to build up your own self-confidence and learn to believe in yourself, so stop looking at what everyone else is doing and focus on you. When I first started working out, I weighed 145 lbs, I started out with an at home workout learning the basics and it took me years to gain weight, but things would’ve went a lot faster if I had a home trainer like Master Trainer Wesley Virgin.  Once I started following his advice I’ve been able to streamline my routine while putting on the muscle and now I am happy to say I weigh 190 lbs.

Can I really get a butt like Kim Kardashian?

Sure you can! As long as you are focused, this dream can and will be accomplished with a simple at-home workout. There are a few exercises you can perform to help you reach this goal. An easy one is The Step Exercise:

1) Place a step in front of you and stand with your feet (this could be as easy as the start of a stair case at home), shoulder width apart, pointed toward the step with you hands on your hips

2) Step onto the platform with your right leg and lift your left knee waist high forming a 90 degree angle, lower the left leg onto the step. You want to be standing directly on the step that was in front of you, then step back with your right leg.

3) Switch off starting now with your left leg and repeat the same process as before.

4) Do both work outs at least 12 times for both legs you will want to do 3 to 4 sets of this work out.

There are countless reasons to do home workouts at home. Can not beat the comfort and atmosphere of privacy, price, and convenience, but also you can get a great workout in a gym as if not better!

3 Tricks To Kill Belly Fat



Clever trick # 1: Check yourself before you wreck


Well, I have no idea what that means, but it sounds good. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that your mind is at peace and not "in balance", all kinds of hormones going "crazy" and out of control. This can really cause serious bulging belly.

What causes this imbalance?

Not getting enough sleep
You run irregular at work and family obligations
Worrying and stressing about life ...

As a result of mental and emotional stress, your body automatically releases a hormone called cortisol fat storage. This is bad because cortisol favorite thing to do is "redirect" the storage of fat in the six pack area.

Therefore, the conclusion is this: during the day, whenever you feel stress levels rising, I want to take a few minutes (or seconds) to the breath. Sounds simple, but it works.

And if you want to get more advanced do a little meditation, yoga or just think about all the things you're grateful in your life. The truth is that it is impossible to feel stressed, anxious or depressed when you have a deep sense of gratitude.

Here's a tip faster: studies show it can reduce levels of cortisol (the hormone responsible for the storage of belly fat), 17% in just 14 days by eating a balanced meal every three hours. Very good, huh?)

But what is a balanced meal? Let's talk about that later.

Clever trick # 2: Confuse your calories

Here's the problem ... when most people want to lose weight, start severely cutting calories. Sure, they may begin to lose some weight temporarily, but this method of calorie restriction will soon be counterproductive and mangle your metabolism, for two reasons:

As you probably know, the reduction of calories leads to uncontrollable hunger and cravings because your body is not getting the nutrients it needs to function and be healthy. This causes severe hunger and cravings, and eventually breaks most of the mentally ... and makes them lose control, overeating, rebound, and weight gain even more than when they started.
After a week of diet, hormone levels in your body that is responsible for keeping your metabolism humming along (as the master control weight of the hormone leptin and thyroid hormones) begin to adapt to the new calorie intake and fall like a piano off the Empire State Building. This causes the body to conserve calories.

At the same time, the fat-storing hormone insulin is crazy like a hormone called cortisol which is responsible for storing fat fires. As a result, your weight loss will come to a screeching halt. At this point, you have to cut calories even lower to maintain weight loss, or you'll get more home workout to burn more calories. (It's no fun ... I've been there.)

But there is one odd-ball trick you can do instead of constantly reducing calories and nearly starve in the process. Is to change the number of calories you are eating every 7 days before his body "catch" what you're doing.

Now I am not talking about falling into a "cheat day" or have a few "tricks meals" at the end of the week (although this is part of the equation, too). I'm talking about actually changing the number of calories you consume per week for 7 days.

BINGO!

This is my confusion calories ™ method in a nutshell. If you do it the right way (and not a wrong way to do this), that will set your metabolism and trick your body into burning calories continuously more and more body fat and ugly, without hitting a plateau or turning on a wave of hunger and cravings in the process.

To do this, change the calories you're eating before your body can decrease the hormones responsible for controlling your metabolism to burn calories.

Now you have learned a little about my calories Method ™ confusion, I have to give a little warning. You can not just randomly change the calories and expect to see results. There are certain to burn belly fat they need to eat foods (all calories are equal), and there are certain "cycles" that must follow.

But here's the kicker ... not have to count calories really enjoy the benefits of calorie confusion. Counting calories is too difficult and time consuming. (I'll show this fresh alternative in my soon-to-be-released seven-day Diet Blast belly).

Yep. There are certain foods that kill other belly fat and fat that cause six pack (belly bulge).

Moreover, the right kinds of foods that give you the nutrients you need to crush the cravings. What's more it's going to "clean up" your digestive tract and allow you to remove pounds of "toxic waste" and excess water from your body in just a few days.
