convince themselves happiness and most marriage invites have made them fat, not
realizing that they themselves have stuffed on the yummy food served at the

Before we begin, I will come right and say something
surprising ... (At least for those of you reading my shit for the first time) I
hate doing abs! That is, each group of muscles in my body, I hate most are the
abdominals, but oddly enough my 6 (almost 8 now) package is probably the best
feature of my body.
The thing is, I hate the most, Slam. I have all my aggression, frustration and
stress during my ab workout (and my bag). I snore and pants and just give it my
all ... Why? Due to the following 3 reasons:

day[that’s all the time i have!!! but i’d like to home workouts more!!! it
makes you feel better and healthier!!! good luck!
I do home workouts twice a week at the gym and I power walk every other evening.
I don’t really home workouts to loose weight, I home workouts to keep fit, as
alot of people in my family have had heart attacks in their 30′s, and I don’t
intend to be one of them. I am not a married woman, but i do tell you
that if my wife were to keep herself healthy and looking great you would be
able to, its shows that you still love yourself by pampering yourself and
knowing the importance of being healthy,
There is a lot of practicality that when someone get married they turn to slobs and no not upkeep themselves with the latest trend and lifestyle (its obvious because they have other things more important, like newborn baby, in-laws etc..etc..)
alot of factor do come by when you want to start exercising
1) Time
2) new role (as a wife)
3) Husband (surely he would agree seeing you in that new one size smaller
lingerie) LOL
4) you would feel better and much more energetic
Remember to consult your doctor before starting any diet and home workouts regime. but do keep it up to make yourself more HAPPY!
