2 LAZY FITNESS TIPS
LAZY MAN'S HOME WORKOUT
Too damn lazy to home workout are you? Or maybe ur too darn Bizzy
maintaining three jobs since the government been spending all their moolah.
I know times are tough and at times like these you need to be in the best
possible physical and mental shape to stay ahead of the pack. And to do that you’ve
got to home workout.
But you should get these two myths foul of his mind immediately.
1. I can only workout in a gym
Go to a gym has a lot of time. And the hell that is very expensive. I used to
trudge through my local gym Jack LaLanne later became Bally. But I only went
three times a week and always on schedule, so do not go at peak times.
I hated waiting for the machines and having lockers. Parking was a pain. What a
waste of time and gas. Once thought to save at least 2 hours a week compared
with the days worked in the gym.
In these days I can not do my home workouts anywhere. At home, outside on a
friend's house in a park or nature. I can do because my body is the gym and I
just saved a lot of time.
2. My training should be long to be effective
Nothing could be further from the truth. I have special training in the
full-body Fitness Program lightning speed that is a total body workout and most
people could not even last two minutes, much less the recommended 4 minutes.
The truth of the matter is I do mini workouts whenever I feel inspired
throughout the day. Some days I have wanted to do a longer session and 15
minutes or more.
Other days I can do here two minutes, 15 seconds and another for a minute. You
can get superfit in mini-explosions of intense home workout. And you have to
start with such intensity that accumulate over time.
You do not want to home workout himself away right?
I like doing things that are fun. For me, my workouts are a lot of fun. I pure joy
of doing them. I feel like I write now as I write.
I can not wait to go back to my routine. I never felt that way when exercising
in a gym. Besides I had to get dressed and get into my car and go there and
have all sorts of people watching me home workout.
And I know some of you that is a little overweight may be more sensitive to home
workout in front of strangers who may be silently mocking you.
So here's what I suggest you do.
1. Always wear shoes.
That's what I do, so you can always get a mini-workout with your legs whenever
possible. I love to do a quick race. Even if only 10 steps.
If you can not always sneakers, and then try to use black sneakers that look
like shoes. Or send souls to make very comfortable shoes that you can home
workout in.
2. Always wear loose clothing or home workout.
I love sports wear suits like some of my friends to be made. First you feel
comfortable and secondly, it is easy to home workout them.
In the summer I prefer short, of course, because I have more freedom of
movement. So set your life in ways to make it easy for you to take quick
1-minute break the home workout.
