There are countless reasons to do home workouts at home. Can not beat the comfort and atmosphere of privacy, price, and convenience, but also you can get a great workout in a gym as if not better!

 If you are looking for proteins or other health products take a look at CFR, the best place I've seen that review health and fitness products daily.

If you dont satisfy all the requirements for a workout, use the workout above it.

Please do not waste money on new equipment. For a set of weight that is used to pay 10 cents to 50 cents per pound. Remember that muscles do not care if your weight is new, shiny, chrome oxide, used, and cast iron - do not spend money on something new, buy used and save money!
