3 Tricks To Kill Belly Fat



Clever trick # 1: Check yourself before you wreck


Well, I have no idea what that means, but it sounds good. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that your mind is at peace and not "in balance", all kinds of hormones going "crazy" and out of control. This can really cause serious bulging belly.

What causes this imbalance?

Not getting enough sleep
You run irregular at work and family obligations
Worrying and stressing about life ...

As a result of mental and emotional stress, your body automatically releases a hormone called cortisol fat storage. This is bad because cortisol favorite thing to do is "redirect" the storage of fat in the six pack area.
