3 Tricks To Kill Belly Fat

Clever trick # 1: Check yourself before you wreck
Well, I have no idea what that means, but it sounds good. Anyway, what I'm
trying to say is that your mind is at peace and not "in balance", all
kinds of hormones going "crazy" and out of control. This can really
cause serious bulging belly.
What causes this imbalance?
Not getting enough sleep
You run irregular at work and family obligations
Worrying and stressing about life ...
As a result of mental and emotional stress, your body automatically releases a
hormone called cortisol fat storage. This is bad because cortisol favorite

breaks most of the mentally ... and makes them lose control, overeating,
rebound, and weight gain even more than when they started.

give a little warning. You can not just randomly change the calories and expect

Avocados: These little suckers are loaded with two nutrients that are key to
