REPETITIVE
SEVEN DAY PROGRAM (RSDP)
This program WILL increase your physical as well as your mental attitude towards
fitness. I am sharing these techniques and fitness programs because I understand
the stress of raising children and having a fulltime job. If you
choose to take this journey, you will RECEIVE guidance from ME until you
have achieved your desired goal.

The first two weeks in my opinion was my biggest challenge. Once you have chosen
to take this journey I will explain how to beat those two weeks.
